Chris Webb - Competitions Co-ordinator (Tournaments / Events) (chris.webb@volleyballwales.org)
- Graduated UWIC (2006) BA (Hons) Leisure and Sport Management
- Currently works as a First Campus Coordinator in the Widening access team in UWIC (Welsh Assembly's reaching wider initiative)
- Represented UWIC Volleyball Team
- Represented Welsh Universities.
- Currently plays for Cardiff Volleyball Club (National Volleyball league)
- Assistant coach Wales Junior Boys team (including 2009 UKSG's)
- Currently runs the South Wales volleyball tournament and will be developing a wider tournament structure throughout the whole of Wales over the next few years.

Andy Griffiths - Competitions Co-ordinator (League) (andy.griffiths@volleyballwales.org)
- Has been playing, organising and coaching volleyball for 27 years
- Has been playing for Bridgend (Now Cardiff Volleyball) since 1995
- Head Coach of the team since 2004
- Represented Wales nine times at senior level, including Home Nations cup in Ireland in 1999 and the Small Nations cup (part of the early phases of the European Cup) in Malta in 2000.
- Shares the competition development role with Chris Webb
- Focussed on developing a Volleyball league within Wales
- Developed with Chris Webb the Cardiff league, in the first year 9 men's and 8 women's teams have entered the competition.
- Development has focussed on the South East (Cardiff) region of Wales, with plans to extend this work across the country over the next few years.
